Help with computer registry and flash player installation?

I've been trying to install and download adobe flash player but no matter where i try to install it from, it won't install.

I've been told that it is most likely a registry problem but i also know that i should not make any changes with the registry.

What is wrong and what can i do to fix it?Help with computer registry and flash player installation?

you gonna need to download a tool from Microsoft to help change the registry so its safe it will do it by itselfHelp with computer registry and flash player installation?
The suggestion that there's a registry problem is probably correct.

You're also correct when you say that you should never manually edit the registry. Only the most experienced of geeks should do that stuff.

Try using the Flash Player uninstaller - follow the instructions on this website: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewCont鈥?/a>

After you've uninstalled Flash Player, reinstall it: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/鈥?/a>
it can be two possible things either your internet security is too high preventing it from being downloaded or its already installed but corrupt, either of these will prevent it from being installed or reinstalled - to lower the security settings from Internet Explorer - tools - internet options - security - custom level - file download make sure it's enabled
