How do i open a new flash document?

Well im making my own maze game and this is what it says:





Open a new flash document with 400 width and 300 height.





Do i already have a flash document or do i need to buy or download one. And if they are already installed onto computers how do i reach it?

In Flash CS3 select File %26gt; New. A popup opens asking more questions. Select File File (ActionScript 3.0) from the general tab (should be the default) then click Ok. There you have it.





You can make them any size you want. 400x300 is your but you can change that at any time.How do i open a new flash document?
