unfortunately if your not a licensed manufacturer of fireworks then i am afraid to tell ya but you will be locked up on suspicion of terrorism crimes it is illegal as firework manufacturers have to be licenced by the government to make them and the way things are going then in the next couple of years you will need to apply for a permit to purchase and use fireworks if they dont ban them all together
It is a violation of federal law to manufacture have possetion of or utilise any explosive materials without proper licsencing or under contract as the member of the united states military of law enforcement agecies...If you do the A.T.F. will come Knocking at your door..And probably bring along some homeland security to the party..your comming out ( of the house ) party.. sorry dude
