How can I download a flash video file from the website of CNN and BBC?

I have come across two very interesting videos on CNN and BBC about Persian history. But I have been unable to download them. What's the easiest way to get the videos?How can I download a flash video file from the website of CNN and BBC?
try to search those videos on youtube as u can dwnld frm dere,CNN AND do not have the facility

try this site......


juss goto the page on youtube that has the video you wanna download.....then click on the video.....when its loading....then copy the URL( the website address that u'll find on the adress bar at the top)....n paste it on the address bar that u see on any of these websites......after that juss select ';youtube'; from the scroll bar at the side of the adress bar on anyone of the two websites that I gave you......it does take some time if ur connection is not fast





after downloading them view it with vlc media player.change the extension to .avi if the file xtension is not shown

ooh and u can watch all the news CNN or BBC from the RealPlayer so u don't need a web browser ^_^

If you have firefox you can just download an extension called download helper, which will most likely do what you want to do.
Try out Orbit Downloader, it's really good with this type of thing (downloading FLV files.) Also works great with Youtube videos.
