How can I make a flash website without using Macromedia?

I've searched the whole web for more answers for this question of mine but it requires macromedia. How? Please answer me. I want that does not use macromedia flash 8 pro.How can I make a flash website without using Macromedia?
Because Flash is developer by Macromedia (now owned by Adobe) so Macromedia Flash/Adobe Flash is more popular
