If you are trying to copy it across from the PC version, I am afraid that it almost certainly will not work. The coding required on the Xbox is very different to the PC, and so I would not expect the two formats to be compatible.
And even then, is it even possible to plug a flash drive into an Xbox? I don't think it is.How to install a Left 4 Dead Survival pack from a USB flash drive?
