When i drove through yellow signal light in the middle of intersection and i saw camera flash light behind me just finished before completely crossing intersection.did i get ticket for that? When i drove through yellow light in eht middle of intersection and i saw camera flash light behind me?
Is it possible that it could have been for somebody else in the intersection? Also, just because you saw the camera flash doesn't mean you will get a ticket. They have people that review them and decide if you should get a ticket or not. When i drove through yellow light in eht middle of intersection and i saw camera flash light behind me?
Being a former law enforcement officer this subject has never set well with me since it went into effect in many places. When an officer issues a ticket you are charging the DRIVER of the vehicle with an offense. If the ';violation camera'; takes a pic of your license plate (either front or rear) and you are not pictured as the driver, there is no proof that you are responsible. Maybe your brother, father, sister borrowed your vehicle and made the violation.
Fight the violation if you recieve one. The burden of proof is on the prosecution that you were driving the car - not you. They should be prosecuting drugs instead of minor traffic violations.
Yes and no, It will be a traffic enforcement specialist that will make that decison. If it is clear that you threaten your saftey or the saftey of others and or willfully disobedyed the law. Its ify the only way to know for sure is to wait and watch the mail for that envelope from you local law enforcement office.
yes. from what I have been reading, it must have turned red while you were driving thru so, you can expect a ticket in the mail. just so you know, yellow is no longer proceed with caution, it is prepare to stop.
Not for certain but very likely. I had that happen to me and I guess they looked at the picture and decided I wasn't in the intersection enough.
Smile! you;re on Candid camera!
