It all about using LAYERs... You can ALSO use the Cloning tool.

Let me tell you the cloning method first..no layers needed

1. Open One Picture

2. Open the second picture at the same time, side by side

3. Click on the cloning tool...and then go to any area of ONE of the pictures...and click the alt button to select the cloning area...you can also adjust your brush size as well.

4. Now, go back to the OTHER picture and just left click and start draggin the mouse...you should see the CLONED area ';painted'; on top or your picture...you can also change the opaqueness of the cloned area when you paint...

Using what I call the cloning painting method above gives a very interesting effect....You can experiment with changing the starting point for the cloned area....and the brush size to give a different effect when you go to the second image and start ';painting';. Note, I like to have both pictures open and side by side for sure when I am doing this.

Ok...here is the Layers Method.

Open the two pictures side by side like the first example.

Just drag and drop One of the pictures onto the other.....You can then select the layers and make either one of them more opaque than the other...so one kind of shines through the other......

It takes a bit of practice....... :)

Or you can select an area of one picture using the lassso, then cut and paste it onto the second picture....Then you can change the opaqueness...and using the move tool, can move the portion that you cut and pasted around....

What I found as well, if you are used to using layers at all is the fact that when you open an image, that BASE layer is locked...I always like to first duplicate the base layer, and then delete the base layer, so all my layers are movable...and editable....Of course, there is probably an easier way of unlocking the base layer...I am not an expert with layers....
If you want to put them on the same page,

1. find out the height of the higest picture

2. find out the widths of all the pictures in a row

3. Click Ctrl + N

4. Put in the height and width that were recorded before

5. go to the first picture and click Ctrl + A then Ctrl + C

6. Go to the blank page and click Ctrl + V, and put it in place

7. Repeat steps 5 - 6 for the other pictures

If you want it as a GIF,

you have to save each image as a GIF, which doesn't always work in photoshop, but you can copy it to paint.

then once you've done that, use a GIF animation program (eg. UnFreez) and put them as slides in a row, and put the time delay in that you want.

open up all the pictures then select the box highlight tool. in each immage select the whole image then copy it and paste them all on to the same one. just copy and paste .
