Is there a way to prevent any windows from opening when a flash drive is plugged in?

I've hacked my own U3 flash drive to be able to run whatever commands or programs I want it to on the fly, but whenever I plug it in it will pop up the root folder of my flash drive. Currently I have a complied AutoHotkey script that runs when I plug it in that waits for the window to pop up, then closes it; but I would prefer if I could get it not to load up at all. Thanks ahead of time.Is there a way to prevent any windows from opening when a flash drive is plugged in?
The simplest thing would be to insert the drive. Go to properties , autoplay and in it select the ';take no action'; option.

This would solve the problem
