What flash program is easyiest for beginners?

So yeah I just tried Adobe Flash CS3 and it was way too hard for me to learn flash with. Does anyone know which flash program would be easyiest or most basic for a beginner to learn on? It will be used to create animations.What flash program is easyiest for beginners?
Flash is Flash... There's is no other way.
